San Lorenzo Avenue
A 2/1 Berkeley bungalow becomes a modern, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home for a growing family determined to stay in their community. This was a complete gut remodel, including a new foundation and completely new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Custom finishes and fantastic tile were fun to work with and make this house even more spectacular.

Brighton Avenue
The owners at 1220 Brighton are returning clients for whom we have completed multiple projects over the last 20 years. We first built an attached ADU for an elderly relative, then we gutted and remodeled a bathroom - including fabulous hand-crafted hexagon tile. We have since remodeled the kitchen and basement, built exterior walls and features in the yard, and most recently returned to refresh the ADU's kitchen and bath.
Our relationship with the owners of 1220 Brighton is an example of how we want to live, and build, in our own community.
St. Alban's Church, Washington Avenue
Although we typically renovate residential property, we could not pass up the chance to revitalize this sacred space. St. Alban's is more than a church, it is a community center, and we live in the community.
Our work included a complete renovation of the sanctuary, where church services and classical concerts bring our neighborhood together. We also facilitated the replacement of the ancient HVAC systems and updated the electrical system.
